This happens frequently when an agent is unwilling to have the buyer buy the property as they aim to use the property for their selfish needs or get more commission. They will thus use all means to compel them to avoid buying it.

Through using these tactics, most home purchasers end up buying homes they may not fully want as they are forced to compromise instead of getting their dream home.
